Our DIY Pearl Discovery Necklace comes with a keepsake necklace, an 18″ silver-plated chain, and a real Akoya oyster waiting to be opened. Inside, you’ll reveal a beautiful cultured pearl in shades of white, pink, purple, or black — with a chance of finding a special blue Island Pearl.

Pearls usually range from 6–8.5 mm, and if luck is really on your side, you may even find twins. Not every pendant will hold two pearls, but the gift box includes two floating pearl cases, so if twins show up, you still have a perfect place to keep them.
